A police officer pulls over a woman for stealing a dog. The woman broke into her son's friend's house and vandalized it, breaking property before stealing the dog which she later said was being mistreated. As the officer is interviewing the owners of the dog, the dog thief drives by. The officer jumps in the car and pulls her over. When she was pulled over she is incredulous but admits that she took the dog. The officer puts her on the ground and arrests her. Soon the owner of the dog came to retrieve the French Bulldog.
