A woman is up on a ladder against a tree using a chain saw to cut a branch in a yard as a man watches. When the branch drops, it knocks the ladder over and she falls several feet to the ground on her side, breaking four ribs, her sacrum, pelvis and thumb. The man rushes over and she sits up.
