Truck loses control on hill and goes off road

A speeding cement mixing truck, driving downhill, slams the brakes, seeing another car in front on a narrow mountain road. It loses control and after a short drift rolls off road, freezing tilted with the cabin down. The driver of a car, however, simply proceeds away after making sure no crash is happening and the road is clear.
