A man leads officers on a wild chase after an attempted traffic stop. After they managed to stop the van and broke the window, the suspect calmly told officers that he will surrender after he finishes a cigarette. Officers however decided not to wait and delivered pepper balls inside the cabin, quickly forcing the man out. Inside the van, officers found multiple credit and debit cards and IDs belonging to other individuals. The suspect faces several charges, including motor vehicle theft, eluding, obstruction and criminal possession of financial devices.
