A police officer runs through a back yard, jumping over a fence and then grabs a child's bicycle to chase after a suspect with a warrant for arrest for shop lifting. Speeding down the suburban street on the green bike he eventually catches up to the man who is being detained by another officer and he says, 'You thought we weren't going to catch you, huh?"
