VIDEO DESCRIPTION

A man shows up at a crime scene in a full police vest, with a badge and a gun and claims to be with a local police department, and when questioned by an officer tells them, "This is a part time gig" and goes to get identification. Explaining that he is doing off duty security for the building and unable to get the ID, the officers have him put his hands on the vehicle since he has a weapon. He is then arrested after they determine he is impersonating an officer and not on the pay roll of the police department in the neighboring town as he claims.
