Body camera footage as officers drive a woman who had been arrested for siting outside of a mobile phone store and honking her horn while demanding service and harassing workers, as she continues to be combative with the police while they wait with her in the hospital. She asks a police woman why a welfare check was done at her home and yells, "Help!" The officer tells her to sit down while she has her blood drawn. She refuses and starts to yell, "Help! They hurt me!" The officer then holds her down.
