VIDEO DESCRIPTION

As a Sheriff's Department helicopter flies overhead a bright green laser targets and discharges toward the aircraft, blinding the onboard cameras with a flash, repeatedly. The helicopter operators coordinate with local police department officers on the ground to search for the culprit. Below several people are playing in a park rolling a ball with a child. Officers show up and find the suspect in a park with the laser and make the arrest. The adult may have given the laser to the child, but the helicopter pilot identifies the man who was shining the laser.
