A driver is pulled over for speeding but says he is on the way to the hospital for a medical emergency after getting hurt in his house. The officer says he can go a little over the speed limit but the driver then proceeds to drive extremely recklessly all the way to the hospital, cutting in front of traffic. The officer follows him and confronts him on his way into the emergency room, as the man says he can give him a ticket.
