A police officer pursuing a car thief gets out of his vehicle and approaches the stolen vehicle as the suspect exits holding a gun. Two officers run after him and yell "He's got a gun!" before opening fire. The suspect falls to the ground and they pin him down as he surrenders, shot in the leg. He tries to argue with the cops that he didn't have a gun and wasn't going to shoot them. They apply pressure to his leg wound as the other officer uses a strap as a tourniquet.
